Did I Found It?

They said it!!! Finally they said it...!!!

This morning, finally I heard it. Sentence that I looking for many years. Sentence directly I heard from you can say the CEO of the company. High trust relationship, adding value, don't quit, we hear you....

In this morning socialization, they said their vision and mission of their company, and try to refresh our mind about what we are going to do in this company. They talks about high trust relationship between IT Consultant and client, trust relationship between company and employee, about mission of company to give add value to client with our software solution.

They try to keep up with new technology, try to be a largest IT Consultant in Indonesia. They want their employee proud when their employee say about where they work to other people. They want to treat their employee and make them very satisfies as well because they know that their employee is the key, every employee whatever position and role is important to achieve GOAL of company.

They said that they hear every single 'voice' of their employee so they hope..fully hope that their employee can give feedback to them if there is something wrong in the company..they will fix it and they do that...not just talking... Actually, this socialization happen because based on yearly employee's survey there is little increasing number of dissatisfaction in this company so they make new plan to fix it and this is their plan...they tell us their plan in this socialization.

In last couple of years, I already met so many IT Consultant and I found same problem, same case with their employee and there is no effort to fix it. Honestly, I almost hopeless with IT Consultant in Indonesia.. I cannot find what I looking for....until....

3 years ago, this place is my next destination..I decide I will apply again to this company but in time...I forgot about that....And now.. unthinkable...here I am...

Almost every statement they said is corresponding with what I want to try, what I need to know, what I want to prove... with what I believe.....with my dream...

Did I found it??... :)
